Nestled on the shores of Lough Allen, our adventure centre is a gateway to outdoor adventure and relaxation in Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands. We offer kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), watersports, and land-based activities, with modern changing facilities, equipment rental, and scenic picnic spots.

Our Wellness Centre
Our Wellness Centre is a sanctuary for yoga, meditation, and Wim Hof Method workshops, with a bespoke yurt providing a serene space for mindful practices. The outdoor spa features saunas, a hot tub, and a refreshing cold plunge for ultimate relaxation. We are also adjacent to the Allen Centre, offering budget hostel accommodation and space for camping in tents and campervans.

Kayaking on the Drumshamazon
Fantastic experience with our guide, Emma! She was friendly and really made the activity accessible for all of us. Our youngest was 5 and able to go in a double kayak which he loved. Amazing lakeside sauna, cold plunge and open-air jacuzzi. Sit in a wood-fired sauna overlooking the scenic Lough Allen with the rolling Arigna Mountains in the distance. Afterwards, jump into the refreshingly cold plunge before doing it all again or trying the jacuzzi. The site is surrounded by colourful flowers in summertime and authentic soft lighting during the long winter evenings. Staff are so helpful and friendly. This is a true gem!

Just had the most relaxing day of yoga, hot tub and sauna. Asia was amazing at talking us through our yoga poses, I felt so comfortable in the space and not under any pressure to perform. I don’t know what else to say only go x

Along with my sister and a friend, we took ourselves along for this delicious wellness retreat where we were welcomed by Edwin on what was a particularly sunny day. First hour was given to a stretching but relaxing yoga session in their beautiful spacious yurt looking out to Lough Allen, refreshing fruit and cold drinks followed, then an hour to take time to relax in the sauna, take some dips into the ice cold plunge pool (that would have taken our breath away but for the careful guidance of Edwin and Tojo) leaving us tingling and ready for the hot tub, and back again to the sauna.

Family Summer camp.
